Delivery time for other south states 3-4 working days and for the north states deliver in 3-7 working days.

In Nalani Trends Monday-Saturday are working days, Sunday and any government holidays is considered as Non working days.

Nalani trends use the reputed courier partners such as DTDC , Franch Express, Professional courier.

On the point of shipping at your place if u have any specific courier partner preferences you can call/ whatsapp your order ID and convey the message as soon as you booked the order.

The delivery person will try to attempt delivery for 2-3 times. so please track the order and make someone available to receive the courier. If not possible the customer can visit the courier office after informing the courier person to hold the product at the courier office and can collect by them. If all the attempts failed to deliver means the order will be returned to Nalani Trends, So for the second dispatch from Nalani Trends shipping charges must be borne by customer, the refund is not entertained.

Once the product dispatched by Nalani trends and if it‘s delayed in delivery by the courier company (by such reasons like sudden lorry strikes/ natural calamities) , Nalani trends is not responsible, still we will be there to help you out with our courier partners till you receive the products.

The customer buying single or multiple products, but the shipping is same until certain weight. The Shipping charges purely based on the weight and distance only, which will be added while checkout .We do not provide free shipping, because we don’t want our customers to lose shipping charges on each product when the customer purchases 2 or more.
