Nalani Trends accepts the returns to help our customers happily with certain conditions please read carefully.

The returns only acceptable if there is any damage caused during transit, that must be informed to Nalani trends through the email/whatsapp within 48 hrs from the delivery time. Don’t worry till now we never received any return, because we care more on the packing segment.

And after verifying by Nalani Trends team then only returns will be accepted and to complete the process will take 7 to 15 days. The returned product can only possible to change with same product, if the same product not available then only different product can be taken. Money refund is not entertained by Nalani trends.

To accept the return, the return products should be sent with original packaging.

The return product must be shipped by customer only to our address that shared in email after accepting the return by Nalani Trends team, and all the shipping charges should be accepted by customer while returning process.

Not taking returns for the reasons as dislike / changed mind, stones fallen (which can be easily fixed with fabric glue), pearls fallen (easily able to fixed), earrings stem sometimes purposefully bent for the perfect transfer that can be adjusted .And the colour slightly may differ due to your device display matters . No worries Nalani Trends ensure to avoid such scenarios, we post all our own photos and videos with full details and in different angles with original colour and size that all our efforts to help our customers to make clear decision in product selection.

And we don’t do exchange/cancellation, because as you may seen many reviews in IG regarding our fastest delivery , we pack and dispatch the orders very immediately, so please be sure before placing the orders.
